As we approach the end of 2023, we reflect on the achievements and growth that have shaped DRiVE. It has been a year of resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional staffing solutions. Here's a summary of the key activities and milestones we've accomplished throughout the year:

Community Engagement:
·       Provided daily transportation to and from work for community members seeking employment.
·       Provided employees with $58k in financial aid.
·       Hosted weekly job fairs in community shelters, re-entry centers, and refugee resettlement centers.
·       Launched initiatives to support workforce development in our communities, contributing to the growth of local economies.

Client Success and Partnerships:
·       Expanded our community engagement by forging nine new strategic partnerships.
·       Delivered tailored staffing solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Talent Acquisition and Development:
·       Successfully sourced, screened, and placed 963 community members across various industries.
·       Successfully transitioned 42 community members from temporary employment to permanent hire positions.

Technological Advancements:
·       Launched a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline our recruitment processes, improving efficiency and reducing the time required to fill positions.
·       Launched a new payroll platform that supports international expansion.
·       Launched Rapid Pay cards that allow our employees to receive direct deposit on the date of hire.

Employee Wellbeing:
·       Prioritized the health and well-being of our internal team by implementing group health coverage and 401k savings plan.
·       Recognized and celebrated our staff by sponsoring an offsite event, acknowledging their dedication and hard work.
